City of Dreams Mediterranean is a large-scale integrated resort development in Limassol, Cyprus, comprising a 14-storey five-star hotel with more than 500 luxury rooms and suites, a 7,500 m² casino, a luxury spa, as well as conference and exhibition facilities. The development has a total built area of approximately 95,000 m².
The wider resort also includes an outdoor amphitheatre, swimming pool complex, adventure park, restaurants and luxury retail spaces, creating a multi-purpose hospitality and entertainment destination.
The interior design follows Melco’s international luxury standards, adapted specifically to the character of the Cyprus resort, while the overall architectural approach incorporates strong Mediterranean influences.
A&G Powering Construction undertook extensive electrical works across the development, contributing to the installation of advanced infrastructure required to support a complex hospitality and entertainment environment of this scale.
